Holly:
Know that we are praying for you as you work and serve God by serving others in Guatemala. Let His love flow through your actions and words and know that He will take your best efforts and desires and transform them into miracles for Him–some you may witness while you’re there, others will bloom long after you’ve returned to G’ville!
Bruce Wilkinson – The Prayer of Jabez
The most exhilarating miracles in my life have always started with a bold request to expand God’s kingdom A LOT. When you take little steps, you don’t need God. It’s when you thrust yourself in the mainstream of God’s plans for this world–which are beyond our ability to accomplish–and plead with Him, LORD, USE ME–GIVE ME MORE MINISTRY FOR YOU!–that you release miracles. At that moment, heaven sends angels, resources, strength, and the people you need.
God bless you,
The Dooleys
Psalm 28:7
Comment by Lynette Dooley June 20, 2008 @ 12:29 pmThe Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to Him in song.

Hi Holly, Just a quick note to tell you we are thinking of you, all of you. I pray you are healthy, and having a great experience being used by God to make such a difference in people’s lives, and your own. Your experience will be unique, but I know mine was not what I expected. God truly is amazing, how He moves. And the power of prayer became so real when everything was bathed in it! Keep smiling, and looking up. See you Tuesday. Lynn

Dear Holly,
Comment by Grandpa & Grandma Schuitema June 21, 2008 @ 8:38 pmWe continue to pray for you and the team everyday. We read the postings by the groups and Kevin. Sounds like you’ll have some great stories to tell of how God used all of you and also spared the team from an accident with the van. You are surely being held in the palm of His hand. We’re so thankful that you have this opportunity to serve the Lord and be a servant to His people in Guatemala. How wonderful to witness the working of the Holy Spirit in the lives of these people. God bless you. Can’t wait to hear about your mission trip.
Love ya lots,
Grandpa & Grandma Schuitema
